Fiction | 2022 | 148 min
In a dying village, a lonely boy tries to enter the spring of his life but becomes a victim of inhumane conditions amidst the emotional coldness of his surroundings. Thirteen-year-old Daniel lives with his older brother and terminally ill father in a village plagued by rural depopulation. The young people there navigate their lives between infrequent bus services, xenophobia, unemployment, illegal dog fights, and chemical intoxicants. Caught between childhood and adolescence, Daniel, faced with the indifferent lovelessness and stagnation around him, becomes a victim of inhumane conditions that force him into a painful solitude.
